Hi there, I recently got my own digital camera and I really dig it. I want to learn as much as I can about all the available features and functions etc. and I have to thank you all for this forum and your input. I intend on surfing around a bunch to see what I can learn.
I do have one specific inquiry. I got myself a Powershot S2 IS. I've poked around in the manual but not sat down and really read all of it. Of course I've been cruising around snapping pics and I think it's a bitchin camera, for me at least. My question is what kind of availablity is there for connecting my camera to a telescope or aftermarket lens for taking pics of the night sky. Obviously I have no real clue what it would intale. Can I get there from here with the camera I have or is it a pipe dream, and is there anything specific I should know.
Also any input in general about if I have a good camera, or hints tips etc. would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance
