Not sure what you mean by "the flash won't come out"... Do you mean the auto zoom? If it's not moving, you probably have it set on manual zoom. The Flash's Owner Manual will tell you how to get it back to cycle automatically. Having said that, if you're using a prime lens, it will NOT zoom because there is only one focal length.

I could be wrong but I'm thinking there's a custom function for switching from ETTL to TTL type cameras (A and B). It should be in the manual explaining it. That might have been switched somehow. On the 580EX it's Custom Function 3.
Other than that, it's probably not something you want to hear, but back in January one of my 580EXs stopped firing completely so I sent it to Canon for repair. Came back good as new under warranty, but with a note saying something had become bent thus not firing.
I have no idea if yours might need to be sent in for service or not, but it's possible. I'm not familiar enough with the actual controls of the 430EX to know what's really going on other than what I mentioned.

the problems is the manual does not offer any conclusion... it kind of weird, because i just try my flash just now, it seems ok, the flash fire and the E-TTL working.
But after a few minutes, i just remove the flash and i put it on the camera back the problem came again... ohhh god anyone please.... i got a wedding shot next week...

I'm sure you tried this, but it sounds like the flash is not fully seated on the hotshoe. I had this same problem. I just had to push the flash into the hotshoe a bit more. Also might want to clean the contacts as well. Use a pencil erase and erase the contacts, or maybe use some alcohol to clean them up with. I really think your problem is there. Hope this is of help.
