for the crusty dirt you can use mud pack masque
an earth facial treatment made out of english clay by queen helene

so you know this is a treatment the most of the girl use is red brownish color if you needed dark add some food color ,also after u applied it dries lighter .

u can buy it at rite aid,savon , or any sally beauty supply an is about 4 to 6.oo for 12 oz.

I think it's a follow-up to a question on this (http://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=31133) thread, which venenoazteca split off, rightly, I think, but including the original question would have been nice so here it is:
As far as make-up... do you know a good source for getting crusty dirt-like makeup that cakes on and cracks and stuff? I'm intersted in doing some wilder stuff with my models and need a good make-up source. (I know NOTHING about make-up!)
