I'm scheduled to shoot some Prom (Seems related to formal wedding shots) pictures for some friends and thought i would post a few questions here to get some input. The shoot is scheduled to be at 2PM :( and at a lake here in sunny southern california. I usually shoot landscape photography but feel like this type should be no problem if I am adequately prepared. By reading around I have found that some people recommend fill flash to reduced shadows and to expose the background so that it is not blown out, all of this seems relatively normal and straight forward. So what are your thoughts and opinions on what I should do or what I should watch out for? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
