If you post a few shots that people can see without clicking on your link you'll get many more comments than if you link to all the images you've ever taken. People click the link and see too many options so they just close the web browser.

What Tim said is absoloutly true. I rarely click an internal link. Too much spyware and people just trying to get hits on their webpages.
