ImageMagick path

I successfully upgraded to RC4 and am trying figure out how to use Imagemagick. On my server the IM binaries are in /usr/X11R6/bin and according to phpinfo that directory is already in the path, but on the graphics module page it says "PATH NOT VALID!". So I tried to add on /usr/X11R6/bin/convert and it still says "PATH NOT VALID".

Any ideas of other things on my server to check to figure out why it can't find the IM binaries?
