Hi Guys,
Just a quick question tbh. I have been offered the following below and was wondering if you guys think its worth the £1500 thats being asked.
Canon EOS 20D
Canon EF50mm 1.4 + hood
Canon EF28-135 3.5-5.6 IS USM + hood
Canon Speedlight 580EX
Manfrotto 055 PROB tripod
Epson stylus R1800 A3 Printer
Lowepro Commercial AW Professional Camera Bag
Simple as that really, All in excellent condition and all boxed with everything that came with them from new.
Your thoughts please.

I'd say "Yes" (but attempt a haggle if you can).
20D is still a very fine body.
50mm is a great lens
the 580 is an extremely good flash.
I use the tripod myself (is a head included?)
I'm not too sure about the printer, but if possible, I'd ask to see it working and make sure there's still plenty of ink.
It sounds like they've been cared for, so if I felt the guy was honest, I'd be very temped if I was in your position.

Hi Pete,
Yes theres a Manfrotto 029 head + MBAG80P bag included with the tripod. Seems a genuine bloke as well.

Cool... Also make sure you have charger/flashcards as well. Sounds to me like a good starter package in addition to your 400D.
I'm not too sure about the 28-300 lens. But take a look at the lens archive for examples.

Sorry. Got chatting to someone while I was posting that and didn't correct myself. :D
That's what happens when my browsing gets interrupted by work colleagues while I'm supposed to be working!!

I have the 28-135. It is an alright lens. Was my first with the D60 and served me quite well, though it spends all it's time in the backpack now.
It is a good lens for walking around or in a place where there is a risk of damage (compared to my other lens).
Can't comment on the 20D.
The Fifty is a fine lens.
I use manfrotto tripods and heads, they're great.
Hope it helps.
