Irfanview raw plug-in

I generally use Irfanview for viewing all my images. There is a download of "All Plugins" at the site. In order to view raw images in irfanview you must install the plug-in pscadimg.dll to the plugins folder. However, it says it is part of the "All Plugins" download at Irfanviews site but after downloading it 2x it was not in the folder.
Are there any irfanview users out there that would kindly e-mail me that plug-in? It would be very much appreciated.

I use IV and download the All Plugins and it works for me. However you have to go to File.. Open and choose All Files or CRW - Canon CRW Files - it defaults to All Common Graphic Files for some reason. Good thing about All Files is that you can open a .THM and IV recognizes it as a JPG and views it correctly. Better than waiting for the CRW to load if you're hunting for a shot.

I tried and tried and finally just uninstalled IV. Reinstalled it with the plugins and viola. No problem.
