Hey i found a abandoned house in the woods, and on the walls in red paint someone wrote Murder House. It's a somewhat popular place, but i manged to get some nice shots.

Love the third shot, great colors and DOF. What lens did you use - the 70-300? Also, was there any PP applied to shot #3?

To the original poster, I really like these shots, especially like the 3rd one. nicely done, gritty yet beautiful

thanks. yea i did some photoshop, levels, curves dodgeing and burning. thanks for all the comments! and i used the sigma 17-70.

Derek where is the house?
If you want good asylum type shots try letchworth village (http://www.hoursofdarkness.com/Inside_Letchworth_Village/Inside_Letchworth_Village.htm) in Rockland county (exit 14 off the PIP I believe). From the title of your post I really wanted to see the writing on the wall!!

hey im at a school right now haha. Thats for the link im definately goign to check that out.
Ill post a pict of the murderhouse writing when i get home.
The murder house is located in Ringwood Manor. If you are familair with it, its by the model airplane field.
