Suggestions for backpack?

I'm looking for a camera backpack that can hold a laptop with my dSLR. I've been eyeing the Lowepro Computrekker Plus and wondered if anyone had this bag and could offer their input or suggestions on other bags. I will be traveling soon and will need to be able to carry it on an airplane.

The Tamrac Expedition series are nice. I have the Expedition 5 and love it.
