Did you know that Best Foods (West Coast of the USA) Mayonnaise is the same as Hellman's Mayonnaise (East Coast of the USA)?
Did you know that Hellman's was originally a British Company?
Did you know that Hellman's was shipped to New York and then railed to Mexico's upper level government officials.
Did you know that a huge shipment of mayonnaise was on the Titanic?
When it sank that left a huge hole in the supply chain of mayonnaise.
The Mexican government was so impacted that they established a national day of memory for the event.

Now go have your mashed potatoes with mayo on white bread sandwich. Hmmm.. I've never had it with mashed potatoes, but I love mayo and white bread sandwiches. My kids call them honkie sandwich and also call me weird, but they taste good. Maybe next time I'll try a dollop of MP as well. ;)
