Pleasant surprise in the paper today

The venue I shoot for last summer just anounced this years series with a full page add of my photo!
Looks like I will be shooting some cool shows! I hope Chris Isak breaks out his mirrorred jacket again!!!!

Well, yes, that's great and did they pay you? I assume all the acts get paid. OTOH, it is always good to get work publish. About Chris Isaak, I didn't get to shoot a mirrored jacket:

It wasn't identified as "a" venue, but rather "the" venue.

I'm guessin', but if he's shooting for the venue, the venue probably has some usage rights...

Well, he seems pretty stoked, so I'd imagine he's completely cool with the relationship, and that's all that really matters...

Yes, they, Red Butte Gardens, pay me and they get the limited usage rights....But I also retain rights to sell elsewhere. I do give them a good deal for some other benefits....And they are a non-profit, so I can also right some off as a donation.
