Lens for team shot (12 players)

I have 17-55 f/2.8 IS and 24-70 f/2.8L, I am wondering which Lens I should use for a team shot for around 12-13 players (2 rows standing) indoor. A flash may be used. Also whjat will be a good Aperture and Shutter speed setting for this kind of shot?

17-55 - f/11 - tripod - natural lighting unless the lighting sucks.

thats what id do anyway. Indoor, the light won't be that good if it isn't that sucky... Do you think a EX430( f/11, 1/200) can get job done without a tripod?
