i was wondering if you could upload music on a canon point and shoot and how you would do it. just wondering cuz it has the same memory card as the PSP, so i would just think. anyone know? if you do, please tell. thanks

Nope. Lots of things use SD memory cards. That doesn't mean they share any functionality.

Simple answer,
Get a cheap $40 Mp3 player and put it in your pocket. Attach headphones and put them in your ear. Then, take your camera in your hands and shoot some pics. Works wonders for me! :D

Well, actually it is quite easy to upload music to SD card but why? Maybe we are all assuming to quickly. If you want to listed to the tunes, go the MP3 route. If you want to use the SD card as a method to transfer music from one device to another, then you can just copy the files to your SD card, move them to the other device and read them off. I do not believe you can use Canon software to do this however as the software will not recognize them as pictures.

I guess I'm just old school, but I just never had an urge to listen to music on my camera! :lol:

well, i just wanted to know:oops: i know an even simpler solution. go to wal mart, get a 5 megapixel camera from one of those that hang on the wall and have a plastic cover instead of a box, and you can download music to it. pretty cool, and only 100 dollars
