OK, so i just shot a WHOLE bunch of pics in raw, so i was wondering what's the fastest/easiest way to extract the smaller JPEG file that's embedded? I'm using the canon software that came with my 10D. Anyhelp that could save me even a few minutes would be great, because we're talking like 4-500 pictures. Thanks in advance.

Use Breezebrowser, it has the jpeg extraction you want. Works brilliantly and is fast.

Use the "file viewer utility" and make sure you select "extract_save jpeg" under File, Save File.
Don't use convert and save as this takes forever as it converts the jpeg from the RAW file rather then extracting the embedded jpeg.

The software came with the camera. It took me a few months to figure this out. If that still takes forever, get a faster computer, because nothing goes faster then that I have found for extracting the jpeg that already exists.

It normally takes me less then 30 seconds to extract over 800 images.

Just my experience,
