Here's some of the feedback you requested...
I find that there is too much background...
I would trim each one of these photos to varying degrees, while leaving as many of the "spot light cans" and especially the light beams in the photo... The subjects then would remain intact, in relation to the selected spot lights. In Photoshop, I would try 4x6, 4x5 ratio crops... vertically or horizontally, to bring the performer closer to the front of the picture...
