Please keep in mind that I am not meaning to be harsh nor ignorant, I am just stating my personal opinions. You asked for comments, so, here we go.

I don't like it. It looks way too amateur. Both the leaves on the left and the grass on the bottom are just brushes and I don't like the look. It looks like something anyone can throw together in 5 minutes. Also, it needs some color.

Crop half the leaves out on the left, then yes it's very good.
