Very detailed instructions

dear friends!

my EE is installed. i didn't change or configure anything yet.
it looks a little bit more complicated to me than i thought to configure it.

is there any page on the web that explains VERY VERY DETAILED all the first steps needed (things to delete/override, changes to make, etc.)?
