I have been sniffing out some information about compact flash transfer rates. And I was wondering, what is considered a good rate? What do the rates (4x, 12x) translate into (meg/sec). Would investing in a faster CF card improve my continuous drive on my Digital Rebel since the buffer could empty faster? Oh and would a Microdrive provide for a faster transfer rate? (Almost forgot that one.)
