Not a frequent poster here but here's one that I thought might be worth sharing.

The mill and surrounding community --I figure-- had seen better days.

I like it...your B/W conversion really fits this image well. I also like how the tire tracks pull your eyes into the picture. Maybe they were made by the last resident to leave? :)
