The longer I looked at it, the more it grew on me...good composition complemented by the expressions captured on both the adults and children and just the right amount of DOF to show those expressions while keeping focus on the main subject.

Composition is ok, Conversion to B&W makes sense, Amount of DOF chosen to highlight the subject is just perfect, Exposure is correct. Some how this theme doesn't make me so happy that I will give you more than 7.5, sorry.

I would liked it even better with that car and tall building on the far left cropped off, which would leave a nice color balance between the pot and the building that has essentially the same color as the pot, while still leaving good composition in the image.

excellent pattens there and the BW works well - i find the boor in the background distracting - its a shame we cant move things like that in real life for a photo and put it back afterwards:D 8.5 / 10

Andy, he was about 8 feet in the air.lol.he got caught up in a wind sock I had on the upper deck:p It had fallen previously, and he managed to hide inside , when I hung the sock back up he popped out.I near fell off the deck, lol.he was in my face.

I'll give TPAM a solid 7. I'm a sucker for old achitecture and I feel the photographer did a good job of capturing it. However, I would've liked the image a lot more if the arch the shot was taken through was all black acting more like a frame. The shodow of the ivy on the arch wall takes my eye away from the subject.
