Need help with www.marjoaho.com/gallery

Last night all was fine, but when I go to look at my galleries today, I see the thumbs in the index page , but when going to the exhibits I get just this:

Search: nothing found
You might want to try again with 'All unique photos[/URL]'.

When I try all unique photos I get Search: nothing found

Whgen I lok in the file structure I can see that ll the image files are there, but they are just not showing on the webpage!

IN the selection filter boxes, there is nothing particular and changing the options does not yield any pictures.

This is scary. I am not aware of any changes that I would have made since last night when the images displayed just fine.

Any idea of where to start looking? Any help would be greatly and most humbly appreciated!

Hmm, photo pages do work...

Did you try to update virtual exhibitions via admin interface?
Maybe the internal site structure cache is damaged...

Off topic: Do you want to hide the header links by changing the color to black?

Oh, I think your are still running Exhibit Engine 2.0, at least your site tells us so.
Upgrade to EE 2.02 (see admin interface news).

I did create a virtual gallery a few days ago, but it seemed to all work fine. Whatever happened seems to have happened overnight...

It is weird. The pictures by themselves work and the thumbnails on the index page work OK. It is just the pictures on the the list page I(and guestbook page, which I guess is the same) that doesn't load, regardless of what I would display there. Sort of problem querying...

OK, I'll try to upgrade to 2.02... a lklittle scared of doing that at this point when all is not welll... but then again, I don't know what else to do.

Very strange.

It's best to backup your database (and files too) before doing major changes...

For the black font: Maybe you changed the stylesheets to a black font to fit your white background and did change a little bit too much? ;-)

I can see the photos ok. On index page there are no thumbs, so check editor settings for amount of thumbs in "Index page settings".

For checking size and availability of all image files in your EE use "Retrieve Photo Sizes" editor.

This is very strange... they thumbs are back oin the list page! I did not make any changes sice I last checked and they were missing... it is good that they are back but it is bad because it might mean I am going crazy! Thanks you so much for jumping in to help!!! I am not concerned about the black on black - I will replace that section shortly with my custom header. Thanks a million! BTW, I just want to say that EE is the best looking gallery application out there! Period!

Could have simply been a server software glitch or as MMCM said an EE structure cache save problem in editor (can happen when eg. database disk is full).

Oh, it seems to work correctly now :-D

Hint: I'd reduce the numer of previous and next thumbs shown on the photo page, I'm using a 1440 px wide TFT and thumbs wrap to the next line ;-)
I would assume 1024x768 as the minimum resolution nowadays.

P.S. You´re using UTF-8 characters on you main page (http://www.marjoaho.com/) near "copyright", but it's displayed with iso-8859-1.
