Hi all,

I am in the process of gradually moving into some semi-professional motorsport photography, going to race meetings and trackdays.

I'm going to have a nice big collection of images which I'd like to store online for selling purposes, comprehensive viewing and to keep them nicely organised. I'd also like potential customers to be able to price up images for prints of different sizes, order and pay for them.

I do realize this will take time, but I'm wondering if any of you have any experience of setting something like this up? I'm thinking about the logistics of such a site from start to finish.

Any advice gratefully received.

Andy

I use photium.com for website hosting and online print sales - they accept paypal and you can set the print size/cost to offer options.

They also provide web site address and the cost is low when you think of all the saved time .......

I use photium and they have been a good place for me to start but I am finding some limitations now (such as a limit of 2000 images) and am looking for other online solutions - I was about to pull the trigger on a smug mug pro account but the fact they don't really care about pro clients outside the US has made me reconsider that.
