help me find a ball head before...

my head explodes. i want to spend less than 100 hopefully [if not possible ill spend more]

i want independent panning with a leveler. i need to support at least my 30d or 1d with 70-200 for sports.

i also have benbo explorer so strong enough for my weird angled macro with the 30d. please help if u know a ball head that will help with all of this.
