What's your biggest panorama?

My largest is probably about 18-20,000 x 3500 pixels. Apparently I haven't really been trying.

Hehe, same here :-) Pretty good detail on that pano they have done. I might go up the top of Monument when it is sunny and give it a decent go.

Is The Monument high enough? (I must admit I've never bothered to climb it...) Any other suggestions for good vantage points in London which are accessible to the public?

Yes it is for the City Area and around Tower Bridge. I've been up once. Off to the West End, probably not. Try the top of St Pauls as well. There is the London Eye but that rotates too quickly. The restaurant in the OXO tower is another good place.

Tower 42 has a champagne bar right at the top, beautiful views. You have to book in advance. On the way down, visit Rhodes at 42 restaurant, great food there. Again, need to book in advance. I'm not actually sure if you can take a DSLR there as you are searched on the way in. I might try it myself as I have been a few times, I work around the corner.
