Cannot find install.php file for RC4

I just downloaded and extrated the files for RC4 but there is no
"install.php" file anywhere.

Therefore I cannot run http://yourserver.com/GALLERY/install.php
after uploading.

That's what I did - even downloaded the EE_RC4 file again, but when extracted there is no install.php or setup.php at all when I do a search!
