Attempt at sodjdobe skin tutorial

Ok, just had a try at the skin tutorial SODJDOBE explained on here. I'm still very new at photoshop and have LOTS to learn, so, let me know how you think this first attempt went. ;) I will post original and the touched up version, and yes, I know it needs cropping, just didn't do it yet.

nice job. now all you have to do is crop off the top and you're all set :-P there's a little too much headroom in the pic. btw, nice job on the skin. I won't even know how to do all that he did for his photos.
