Hi
I am reasonably happy with this I think its an interesting angle and the colours and detail are good. I have done no PP to this at all but I am interested to see what anyone would sugest if at all. Obviously the quality of the photo is better than this crappy web version
any comments please

Maybe more contrast and lil bit saturation, don't forget to add lil bit sharpness as well.
About composition i am not much happy with it but as long you are happy with it then it is up to you.

ok. What bothers you about the composition?

Forget it, i am not good in any C&C.
just those buildings are not shown in order or arrays for example, half of the right building, just quarter of the left, the bottom building little to be disappeared, and the back doesn't show perfect, so it is like no one building shown completely or mostly, if you took from another direction or angle you may show few buildings better way.

Don't take my comments as serious, i am not good in photography and sure you did very well and you much more better than me anyway.

Ok so you would prefer to see the whole building. Thats fine. I was trying to do something a bit different and it obviously wont be to everyones taste.
Dont say your photos arent good. Ive seen them and they are :-)

Yea, I kinda agree with Tareq. The composition seems random/cluttered. Maybe shift to portrait orientation and focus on the two rightmost buildings, trying to get the tops of them into the frame?

thanks for the comments. I was trying to focus more on the patterns on the buildings than the actual buildings themselves. Also I was on vacation so no chance to reshoot

I got your point, it is nice to have some perspective or lines with those buildings, but try again more, there are many ways or directions you can show those buildings in better pattern and you will keep the composition and random perfect.
We all learn anyway, and myself may not get better than what you did but i will try different things always.

Keep going mate and i will watch your works.

Im not exactly sure what you mean.I have tried a different crop which may be better. Anyone agree?

I definitely prefer the latter crop. Simpler, tighter, more dynamic. However, the brown building in the bottom left is a bit distracting. Not much you can do about it, I know, but still... It would be awesome if it wasn't there.

Thanks for your comment. It is a learning process so any advice is always nice

Yes, the later crop is way better. I keep looking for a true vertical line in the photo. I think it would be better if you rotated it slightly so that the front corner of the blue building in the center was straight up and down. I think that would draw the viewer's eye into the picture and settle it down some.

If it was me I would have focussed up close on the 2 RH buildings and gone for a much more abstract composition using the contrasting colours and architectures of just those two.

Don't know if that helps ;)
