Bingo! Isolates your subject and removes all the unnecessary background. Watch your AF next time out. I'm seeing focus on the 1st shot of the cleats? Face is a bit soft. Shoot for the eyes next time out and you're cookin :smile:

For sure! I was messing around with my settings way to much. I was trying to just get everything to pop. I just got carried away… When I printed it, it didn't look as bad as it does cropped...I’ll have to go in and PS it…

I am not a pro, but have some input. The blue background is terrible, but you have no control over that. In my humble opinion, I would shoot these in portrait. Bring you focus 1 notch above the belt (another POTN member's suggestion). Great job freezing the action, btw.
