Kata 102 for Dummies(that's me)

I just got my awesome Kata 102 and I am so confused with all of the straps. Then when I open it up, there is a holder and then a bunch more individual straps. I am so confused as how to set everything up, I know some of them are probably extra for add ons, but can someone please help me out!! LOL

There should be one with velcro on it which is used to hold down the camera inside the bag. There are 2 more thick ones that are used to strap the tripod holder to the bag. There are 2 that have hooks on them that can be hooked to the carrying straps to carry the camera in the front.
