Dear all,

I am new to these forums. Just discovered them today when I was looking for help regarding the use of my printer Canon CP-300.

Every picture I print on my Canon CP-300 from my computer (Powerbook 17" G4 1GHz) using Photoshop CS is much to dark.

Can anybody help me?

Your printer/monitor is calibrated differently I think. Either calibrate your monitor to better match the prints, or use photoshop or such, and increase the image-exposure before printing.

Lighthunter,
Try this link - its helped me to sort out most of my problems with my printer/monitor calibration.

The small program "QuickGamma" which is free and you can download from the site, is very good and helps to take out some of the guess work involved if you don't go for the "SpyderTM." option.

Cheers
David
