I had a portrait shoot yesterday that I picked up a pay check for that impressed the wife.
I'm keeping my fingers crossed... It's not a done deal yet...
... but if I'm good... I may be able get it and keep the wife also.

For what it's worth, the little I have tested the Mark II with a 550EX attached, the flash exposures are far better than the D60/10D are capable of. Plus with the MKII, you can shoot 8FPS till the flash runs out of juice.

...not sure when it will finally be in my hands, but at least I'm on "A LIST" again. I guess I can start pricing a backup battery now! :shock:
