How can I make my pictures look like this?

i was asked to take the photo down. sorry. i was refering to andreas' photos on the kids+family section. anyway, check out his site, he's an amazing photographer, in my opinion.

Selective color and cyrves+levels adjustments , no point going into details because you have so many options in this area .

Hey, just noticed a bunch of hits to my site from here...
I shot those wide open..like 2.0 ..colours are all done in raw conversion..thats all.
