I have been shooting weddings for 20+ years with medium format/film and in the past year have made the switch to digital 35mm. I shoot with Canon 5d's and have been happy with the results from the 10+ digital weddings that I've shot thus far. I have been shooting mainly with evaluative metering and using only the central point of the auto-focus options. As I said, overall I've been happy, but I was wondering how some of you more experienced digital wedding photographers set your metering and auto-focus at a wedding. I would appreciate your comments. Thanks.

Welcome to the board!

I also use evaluative.
As for focus, when there is decent light, I use all of them but select the focus point manually. Centre point and then recomposing could lead to some DOF problems on some photos.
But when the light gets really low, I use centre point only because that is the most accurate and gives you the highest chance of even achieving focus.
