I find the backgrounds very distracting from the subject. You might want to crop tighter, and isolate the subject more.

I agree...crop tighter and focus more on the subject. also, give the subject some room to move, just don't box him/her in.

Pic #3 might not have been bad if you would have aimed lower to get the rest of the bike in the picture.


As always...keep shooting, it comes in time (I know I'm still learning)
