I'm trying to start learning more about posing. Let me know what you think. I also did some PP on her skin does it look okay? Thanks to all that reply

To my eye, her shoulder and upper arm are a little overwhelming in the shot. Her face is secondary to those other features.
The general pose and mood is good. Maybe having her move her arm back some to give some separation might have helped (making her lean a little more on it).
The exposure and processing is very good.

You're totally right about that! It looks like she has no neck! I wish I caught that when I was taking the picture. D'oh!

I love number three, great colours and concept, although for my taste she could have hammed up the expression even more to go with the colours.

In the first pose have her place the weight of her body on her buns rather than her shoulders, then she can relax that shoulder and it won't be so large.

If she leans with her butt more, where do you think her arms should be placed?
Thanks!
