Sorry for repeatedly asking questions already answered, but does anyone have good links for Canon lens reviews?

Thanks again!
I have narrowed it down.
I am going to be the proud owner of a Canon EF 70-200mm f/4.0 L by next week. I have read and heard nothing but good reviews on it. Despite the fact that it does not have IS, for the $ you can't go wrong!

The 70-200 f/4 is a great lens - well worth its price and from all that I read, equally sharp with the 70-200, f/2.8. The only thing it lacks when compared to the f/2.8 is that extra f-stop of aperture. As long as you're working with reasonable light, the f/4 should suit you fine.
BTW, is that you in your avitar?

Well, I keep looking at your twin and I'm failing to see the evil. ;)
Good luck with the lens - and do post some pictures!

By far the best one is in my opinion www.photographyreview.com as the users themselves rate and describe the equipment.
Also, what a terrible shot in your avatar... I am sure I could do a much much better job, free of charge too, just send me a PM and we'll arrange something.

DieselGirl,
YOU should definitely take a look at the 70-200/2.8!
Apart from being as sharp as the 70-200/4, it will also give you a nice workout, as it is several pounds heavier than the 70-200/4
OK, for the price difference you might also get you some weights to attach to the 70-200/4, but that's not as elegant...
Best regards,
Andy

Believe me, I look at the 70-200/2.8 everyday! Buying it is another thing, I can't get myself to fork over that much cash right now especially when I am just taking pictures of things like my cat and friends. And I don't need the extra weight...haha...if anything I need a small break away from weights...

I find http://www.pbase.com/cameras/canon very usefull.
It's not a review page per se, but it has alot of sample pictures, and pictures are worth a thousand words (yes, I think that is how it goes)!
I bought the 70-200mm F4L and LOVE it!
It's so quiet, and the pictures SO sharp and contrasty. It just has quality written all over it.
Even if it was the same price as the F2.8L, I still may have bought this lens because the F2.8L is so darn heavy.
