couple wants "silly" shots

The bride said she would like a serious and a silly shot of the bridesmaids, groomsmen, etc. Anyone care to share some ideas of what you have done in the past.

I do these to break up the moods...I just tell them..we are going to do a silly shot...and they look at me kinda stupid and I say, YOU KNOW...Like bunny ears, fingers up noses...flowers in mouth, choke your neighbor..and then they get it and get HUGh smiles...They love it....I have a couple but I am on my way to bed...I will share tomorrow if I can, unless someone else has them...which I am sure they do..

I always get the guys to pick up the bride and lie her across 5 or 6 of them, always gets a few smiles and a sale - just make sure you put the groom around the breast area :-)

Take a long feather and tickle them? It's going to come down to the 'dynamic' of the group. Some may be all giggly which means it will be hard to get a serious shot. Some will be all nervous and serious and it will be hard to get a funny shot. Get them BEFORE they start drinking for the serious, and AFTER they've had a few for the funny :)

a silly pose of B&G kissing while on both sides the wedding party pulled them away from each other and made funny faces.

Lie on the ground and have them in a circle around and shoot up at them (fill flash). Jumping in the air. Take those funny masks that are glasses & a mousasche (dunno how to spell that). Let them be themselves.
