Try bhphotovideo.com, they sell mostly anything =D I don't have experience with gel-filters myself though, so can't help you on that one.

What filter you want depends on what you want to do with it. Colour correction filters are pretty well superfluous wtith digital so the only ones I would consider of use are Neutral Density (to give longer exposures than ISO100 will allow) and Infra-Red.
Polarisers are out (even if gel ones are available) as you won't be able to access it and the gel holder doesn't lend itself to rotating filters anyway, likewise graduated filters of any description.
The only gel I use (or will when I get to some suitable subjects) is Infra-Red, I've experimented with both a Lee 87 gel and an Ilford SFX. The latter looks to be the most useful for me, shorter exposures and will allow me to do false-colour IR as well as mono. The Lee appears to be too high a wavelength cut-off to do decent false-colour IR and even on a bright sunny day exposure is the best part of 30s @ f8 on my 10D, 10-15s @f8 on my D30.
For polarisers, NDs and ND grads I've made front-mounting adapters instead;
