Hello, :D

I live in toronto, I brough this lens (24 - 70mm L 2.8 ) in Ebay action around 6 months ago.

Now my lens has a back focus problem. What should I do? My lens does not has Canada warranty and I don't want to send it back to Hong Kong service center. I don't mind to pay the service fee if Canada Canon gives me a service.

Does anyone has the same focus problem and same situation that I have?

I love this lens.
I can't sleep...

Even if you don't have a warranty you should still be able to have the lens serviced - but you will pay for the repair.

Another post on this forum recently suggested that Canon charges a fixed fee to examine the lens, which covers most repairs. Parts may be extra.

Try getting in contact with the closest Canon Service Center. I feel sure they will not refuse to service the lens.
