Mini Cooper Photos

I took part in the filming of a promotional Mini Cooper commercial at the old El Toro airbase last weekend and had a chance to pop off a few shots.

Unfortunately I wasn't too prepared - no filters, etc.

Anyway, lots of fun anyway. Plus I got to do a few runs on the old runway!

It was a LOT of fun doing CRAZY stuff without fear of getting a ticket! The first time out on the runway, I got my MINI up to 125mph! I was filming with my camera in my hand during the second run so I couldn't get going quite that fast - I got to 110 before I ran out of runway :oops:

Yes, it's El Toro. I took part in the filming of a commercial there and got to play on the runway and in the abandoned hangars afterward.
