Dumb question regarding Asuka Layout

How do I shrink an image in the template while maintaining the proper proportion? After I insert the image it is always way too large so I use the "move" tool and shrink it, but I have to eyeball the proportion. Any other method?

In the toolbar associated with the move tool, you can see three chain links between the H (Height) and W (Width) boxes. Click on it to maintain the aspect ratio.

PS I'm assuming you're using Photoshop.

Thank you. That was exactly what I was looking for and would never have found. While we are on the subject of photoshop. How do I create borders on my images to use in the templates?

I simply draw a rectangle of the right color on a new layer (that is located below the image) and then resize it and position it so that it has the same number of pixels all around my image. (for example, if my image is 100x200 and I want a 10px border, the rect will be 120x220 and will be centered with the image).
