Grey Card??? Can anyone explain please?

Hi,
Can anyone explain ths term, and how would you use it in Theater (live)photography, as I need to take photosof my drama group during their Dress Rehearsal? I've an EOS 10D.

You can use a grey card to determine exposure, and with digital cameras also to determine the correct white balance.

The Grey Card (http://home.nc.rr.com/tspadaro/The_Grey_Card.html) explains how to determine exposure using a grey card.
