I was expecting to see a closeup of one square. This is good but IMO you need more dof.

Okay...doesn't really do anything for me. If anything, the squares in the spoon would have been good to focus on, and blur the others.

Lack of DoF really hurts the image here. Try to recreate the image and seek for a f/8.

I'm with Wes on this, but definitely an idea worth working a bit.

I appreciate the advice, I'm VERY new to photography and I've had this camera for less than a month now so please bare with me for a little while. :oops:
