Round 2 - British/Scottish Sprint Championship

Visited Knockhill for a couple of hours this morning to catch some sprint action. I wish I could have spent longer there though..

Today was wet, windy, very cold. Will summer ever begin in Scotland?

There is no overtaking allowed on these events hence no major action, it's all about skill and the quickest time around the track (incase you wondered).

Taken with 350D & Canon EF 100-400mm f4.5/5.6L USM IS.

Neil, that is a typical Scottish summers day :-)
Like the head shots, at least when the sun isn't out they wear clear visors which make for better photos.
I heard the weather was the same at East Fortune on Saturday. Luckily I went yesterday instead, will post once I've sorted them out. You have to go there as you can get up close to the track (no need for really long telephoto lenses).
Maybe see you up at Doune in late June.
