Landrover is interested in using one of my shots (taken with D60, shot in RAW) for display at an exhibition. If everything goes through they require a size of 2x1.5mtr (7x5ft). What would be the recommended workflow to go that big? Any experiences?

Make them a deal. One of theirs for one of yours.
You can figure out the workflow later.

Have a look here: http://www.nyphotographics.com/ftppage.htm - actions for Photoshop that can make posters out of your images. Have a look at these samples (http://www.nyphotographics.com/blowupsample.htm) - those posters look really good, and they were even made with a D30!
And here is another example from someone who enlarged his D60 photos to the size of a 53 ft (16 m) long truck: http://www.interpolatethis.com/reallife1.html
