Geez, I've been wondering how to get that semi-silhouette effect like the one of the bird. Those automatic-only cameras are really something, aren't they?

What a great site! The guy has a great sense of humor.

He doesn't mention Canon. Maybe he hasn't come up against a MkII yet

Um... I'm just curious.. since the guy (http://www.neiu.edu/~ncaftori/brazil/local-photographer.jpg) has _devoted_ his life to photography, what camera (http://www.jr.com/Templates/HiRes/JR_HiRes.tem?HRIPath=KODFUNSAVER35%2EPNG&HRTitle=K ODAK+FUNSAVER+35+Disposable+35mm+Camera) has he been using before he got this gem of a digicam? :D

Be sure to check the page with award winning photos of bulleyed backlit cardboard parrot with a broken wing that is nailed to a stick (the parrot not the wing). Which one of you guys made that sarcastic page, huh? :D

Just listed my 10D equipment on eBay this afternoon and then ordered the Agfa digicam this guru recommended from Vinny's_Unclaimed_Salvage_and Recycled_Digicam.com. Even got the cool-looking, compass-style tripod that can withstand scuds missles. Man, I'm in 7th heaven now. Canon 1DmkII? Who needs 'em when I've got the Agfa superduper, fully automatic digicam with B/W LCD screen? Man, I'm so psyched I can hardly wait to be shock-n-awed with my new toys!

I will invest in the tripod, that is normally under Canon's 1200mm lens. However I will do my best to find the Agfa or preferably Samsung version. I bet that Agfa's piece of art camera will look like a million dollars on the tripod! :D

If you had to mount THAT camera on THAT tripod, you could sell it as "art" and make a packet

I think the Agfa/Samsung is smaller than the 'EF to video' adapter:
http://www.dvinfo.net/canon/images/images17.php

The adapter is the square box between the lens and the camcorder.

You know, some of his pictures are pretty good, he just needs a better camera. In many of them it seems as though he has a pretty good "eye". :) And I couldn't help but notice that one of them shows a young guy holding a Canon. :D
