Lexar 512 40x Vs Sandisk 512 Ultra2 Compactflash Write speed

Is there a difference in Write speed between these 2 cards? Sandisk is a little sketchy in really showing the information.

Lexar states 40x & sandisk states write speed of 9MB/sec.

Sandisk Ultra seems to outperform the Lexar in almost all high speed cameras.. Sandisk set out specifically to knock off Lexar as the speed champ.. and they seem to have succeeded.. of course milage may vary as the Camera chart above will indicate... :)
