is anyone here using B800 monolight from Aliensbees with a Canon Digital rebel 300D having problems when using over 1/200 f/stop ? When I use 1/1000 for example, the flash seem off sync.
I'm using a PC shoe connector with B800 Alienbee
If anyone can help me, explain me all about off sync and limitation and solutions to sync it?
Thank you :-)

The maximum shutter speed for flash synch is 1/200 sec.
The only way around it is to use a flash that supports high-speed synch, such as the Canon EX flashguns.

Thank you :-)
Do you know if it's safe sync voltage using canon 300D with Alienbee 800B monolight ?
I don't have money for a SAFE-SYNC adapter right now and I already receive my 800B alienbee.
Alienbee says it's safe but just want to know other people comment on that :-)
Thank you

Why are you trying to use shutter speeds faster than the sync speed? Unless you're trying to cut down the effect of ambient light, shutter speed does not matter when using flash because the duration of the flash is typically much shorter than the camera's shutter speed.
The Alien Bees website claims that the sync voltage of their units is 5 volts. That's well within spec, so you should be safe. If you know how to use a voltmeter, you can also verify by taking a voltage measurement.

Your other option is to buy a EOS 1D. Mine will Sync up to 1/10,000th with high speed strobes. All hail the mighty 1D sync speed!!!

The original poster stated lights that do not have high speed flash sync capability. So, the 1D would not do any better. Think about it.
