When I got my 10D I also got:
batteries, grip, bag, pod, eye-piece extender, and a million other things. If I go for the 1D Mk II, what else will I have to fork out for?
So far it just looks like batteries....

More and bigger CF cards. Don't forget it also uses SDs. A better next strap and the E1 hand strap.

A book of convincing phrases for: "These pictures are for peronsal use, not commercial use". Now when I go shooting in places that require permits for commercial photography, they don't believe it's for personal use. "That's a professional looking camera sir!", I'm told.

A laminated Press Pass also helps. ;)

Get the 2gig cards, and the new scandisk firewire card reader. Get new L-lenses, get a new bag, laptop, filters, tripod, monopod, extra batteries, 1.4x, new job and a new credit card.
That is all I could think of for the moment, give me some more time.

NiL,
How about a good divorce lawyer NiL?
Oh, and I just love this place - Nobody here ever says, "You want WHAT?"

Make that battery. The MK-II batteries last a long time, a very long time. A spare battery is nearly £100 so you don't want to be splashing out on too many of those.
Add 1GB CF cards and a couple of SD cards plus upgrades to any software you use for RAW conversion (some may be free). It could expose weaknesses in any lower quality lenses you have, so be prepared to bend that plastic a bit further.

I would add that you will need a 2 wheeled cart to lug the thing around.

Yeah, the batteries do last a long time. I am going to try and make sure I charge them properly, refresh them once a month too.

No MkII is complete until it is matched to a 300 F2.8 and a 2X extender.....if your gonna shoot sports, that combo does wonders......
